I purchased a digital file online (Webinar Recording or E-Book/E-Publication). Where do I obtain it to download?

Your digital file is available immediately upon completion of payment; a confirmation screen will appear with a "download" button. 

If you miss that screen, or want to go back to access the document later, the file is retained in your CASE profile. For a step-by-step on how to access the file in your profile, please see below.

Step-by-Step Instructions for obtaining your digital File in your CASE profile

  1. Go to www.case.org
  2. Login on the homepage with your username and password
  3. Click on "Update my Profile"
  4. Once in your profile, select "Purchase History" from the left-side menu
  5. On the Purchase History screen, you may need to use the drop-down menu for "Date Range" to "ALL" in order to see listings.
  6. Find and click on the appropriate order number
  7. A "Download" button will appear on the next screen, along with the order information
  8. For Recorded Webinars, the download will produce a PDF with a web link. Click on the link to begin the recording of the Webinar session.

Return Policy for Digital Products

CASE is unable to accept returns of digital products. Digital files may not be refunded or exchanged.
