I ordered an in-stock book a few days ago, but I haven't received it yet.

Please submit a ticket with the name of the person who placed the order, the order/invoice number, and please confirm the address to where the book should have been shipped. A CASE Member Support representative will respond with a tracking number and can assist with any further questions.

How do I order a publication?

A CASE account is required to place an order. Both members and non-members must have accounts to place orders. There are two ways to place your order:

  1. Visit the CASE Resources section of the website to order a publication with a credit card online. Login is required.
  2. Call your regional CASE office (in North America: +1-202-328-2273) to place your order over the phone. 

If you need your login credentials, please contact CASE or begin the password reset process.

What forms of payment are accepted?

CASE accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express for online purchases.

If you must pay by check, please call CASE to place your order and have an invoice created. Books begin the shipping process when payment is received in full.

How can I obtain a receipt for my order?

Please submit a ticket or call your regional CASE office to request a receipt (in North America, +1-202-328-2273)
